Software Infrastructure for Credit

Phlebas turns live settlement behaviour into portable counterparty scores and credentials, and gives lenders and borrowers a shared platform to act on them. Built for modern commerce and autonomous finance.

Solutions

Phlebas is a software platform that consolidates data from counterparties facing each other on stablecoin financial products and exposes tightly permissioned underwriting and identity scores. Counterparties use Phlebas to evaluate, price, and execute financing workflows with dramatically better cost and efficiency. The platform automates workflows and underwriting without being in the flow of funds, maintaining cross-counterparty, permissioned visibility, accessibility, and execution.

Data ingestion

Entities and their counterparties connect settlement data through API integrations, file upload, or read-only wallet access. The platform parses and normalises that data into a consistent operating view.

Scoring engine

A proprietary scoring model produces a counterparty score from observed settlement behaviour. The score is committed to a portable credential for controlled reuse across approved workflows.

API and portal

An API exposes scores and credentials to integrating systems. A portal lets counterparties review, approve, and work with each other through the platform.

Scored from behaviour

Identity built from settlement history, not spreadsheets.

Portable by design

The credential travels with the entity, and can be delegated to wallets, counterparties, or agents acting on their behalf.

Built for autonomy

From corporate treasurers to autonomous agents, one identity layer.

Stack: Built on an AI-native, cloud-native modern stack. EVM-compatible smart contracts for credential commitment.

Business model: Phlebas charges integrating counterparties a platform fee for API access and per-credential issuance, with SaaS-style annual contracts for institutional users of the portal.
